Sales School:
Sales school is a classroom and field-based program to help new associates adjust to a career with AFLAC. Two days of classroom instruction combined with two days of field experience helps the new associate see what is needed daily to be successful with AFLAC. Attendance is mandatory for all days and lunch is provided for the days of classroom instruction. This class is at no cost. For a schedule of training please see our events calendar.

Advanced Flex Certification Class:
Provides knowledge on section 125 and implementation of flexible spending accounts. Upon completion of this training, associates are certified to offer flexible spending accounts to their groups. Prior to attending this course you must have completed sales school and be contracted with AFLAC for at least 6 months. For a schedule of training and to register, please see our events calendar.

Advanced Flex Registration

SNG Certification Class:
This class teaches associates how to submit business using AFLAC’s patented enrollment system. The course requires that you bring a laptop with you during training, as the instructor will guide you through the entire process of an enrollment. SNG Registration

MLA Certification Class:
Become a certified enrollment specialist! The Enrollment Certification workshop allows certified associates to work in multi-location and key accounts. Prerequisites include Advanced Flex certification and SNG certification. Associates must be contracted with AFLAC for at least 12 months. Must own an SNG laptop. Have participated in at least two full flex enrollments (or pass WWHQ Flex Test). Must have personal career production of at least $75,000 AP and have an e-mail address that is checked weekly for messages.
